Focusing on the deep excavation of the themes of knowledge, love, desire and theology in the original work, it still shows the main spiritual outlook of the original work. Weird atmosphere; it weakens the richness and drama of the original plot, but greatly improves the fluency and expressiveness of the story; it even incorporates the mysterious and surreal temperament of "The Divine Comedy", which deepens the symbolic meaning of the story. It can be said that, as an adaptation of the first part of the original, this film is already a miraculous existence. In addition to the extremely expressive colors and shots, there are still images that are as hazy as Impressionism, but not to mention the philosophical lines of the original work and the symbolic metaphors that follow but do not reveal any traces. This is a master-level work, a genius-like work of art, and a towering monument for the world to look up to and worship.

No more Sokolov. The lens is extremely beautiful, magical and calm, tearing apart the body to spy on the soul. Faust lost piece by piece like the original, but in the end he broke the contract and killed Mephisos. When I came back and checked, it was really shot in Iceland, a mocking scene that the world can't hide.

It took me a few months to finish watching the film, and I almost fell asleep while watching it. I feel like it took such a long time to shoot. The filming is quite a huge project. The music is very nice, and some of the pictures are beautiful!
