    3.5 The balloon man is really cute, even cuter than the clip with tape! It feels like short legs are about to become popular. But the whole story is too stereotyped. The emotions are simple and rude. It feels like a baby and being fed a set of balanced baby meals... The whole city setting makes people want to watch the Japanese version...
