Dracula Untold

It has been a long time for me to have inspiration on writing a review of a movie. All the world's fates hang, in the balance. Hope versus despair. Dark versus light. To save his people from the overwhelming armies, the prince drank the blood of the devil so that he could receive the power from the darkness. But if he drank a drop of blood in the first three days, he will become a vampire for eternity. We can always smell from the stories that it is the beginning of turning a good person into a bad guy. So I can not help signing for him.
What made me surprised was his persistence that he held on to the last day. During the process, I was conceiving that there are too many temptations to resist in my life, due to my solid insistence and I will succeed sometimes, however sometimes not. Can we really search for some means which enable us to eliminate our desires? Maybe we should close our eyes or bury our ears. Yet it is my illusion. Crucially, we need to forge our mind so as to keep stable faith in heart. To be a person like that, there is a long way to go, I suspect.
Here comes a saying that things will develop in the opposite direction when they become extreme. Here comes a saying that things will develop in the opposite direction when they become extreme. Eventually his wife was dead and his son captured, although he made his devour to kill millions and thousands of enemies. He nevertheless drank his wife's blood for she begged him to do so. At that time, I was utterly curious whether would transfer to an extreme devil or comply with his wife's wish that he fought back to save his son. The ending was a mystery indeed.
Struggling violently with the leader of the troops, he was about to fail. I can see, everyone despite his greatness does have his own weakness. Once it is exposed, he will easily be defeated. In my opinion, having weakness is not deadly, because it is normal. On the contrary, it is the drawbacks that remind us to be modest and what we have to learn will nerve be done. So do not let your weak aspects control and destroy you, instead you are meant to conquer and transcend it. Not being afraid, the prince at last turned the tide. He was still a devil though he got the victory, and I was increasingly wondering where the end would lead to?
Appearing the moments, it moved me to tears. That the devil prince gave his son to a protector who was the only one survived and then killed all the other vampires including himself. As a matter of fact, there are enough bad guys around our society , but sometimes can you put yourselves in others shoes and try to understand that maybe they are compelled to do something wrong and unethical. Just like the prince ,he attempted every methods to make people escape from death, let alone walking into the dark side. So his courage and devotion deserve my deep appreciation.

Vlad the Impaler is the ruler of Wallachia, not Transylvania, he was just imprisoned in Transylvania for 12 years, thank you. But then who cares about history, right?! The film is so terrifying, I keep alternating between WTF and Are you kidding me in my head. Why do you like to find ordinary-looking actresses to play peerless beauties! Casting director is blind! !

Remake the originator of this vampire in a way of respecting the historical prototype, which is equivalent to the zombie king. But as soon as I entered the plot, it was full of slots, and I had to bite the bullet and watch this inexplicable plot until the end. Although the ending is cliché, it looks better than the main film, so that many people regard this film as the first part of Universal's "Dark Universe". Does the protagonist look familiar? That's right, the dragon slayer in The Hobbit 2-3.

Dracula Untold quotes

  • Master Vampire: [following Vlad and 'Mina' out of the market] Let the games begin.

  • Master Vampire: [holds Vlad by the throat] Why spill blood if not for the pleasure of it?

Vlad: Because men do not fear swords. They fear monsters. They run from them. By putting one village to the stake, I spared ten more. Sometimes the world no longer needs a hero. Sometimes what it needs... is a monster.

Master Vampire: [tightening his grip a little] And you believe you know what it means to be a monster? Hmm?... You have no idea... but I'm going to show you.
