The quality of special effects is not the key to the quality of a movie

"Rise of the Planet of the Apes" started from the first part in 2011 and is now the third part this year. From the first part that emphasized the refinement of special effects and paid attention to the torture of human nature in the film, the third part seems to have only 3D left. And the dazzling skills of CG technology.
As far as special effects are concerned, this series of films is quite excellent. Through the combination of human actor motion capture and computer CG technology, the ape family is brought to life. The war of the apes is brilliantly dazzling.
However, this story itself is a flaw, or a Hollywood routine, and it is still the same formula. Heroes lead the team to overcome difficulties, go through hardships and dangers, defeat opponents, and come to a beautiful new home! It's just that the hero in this movie is an ape king whose IQ is different from ordinary people!
I still remember that the first "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" was a great success at low cost. It was concerned with the wanton use of technology by humans, but was swallowed by technology. The second "Rise of the Planet of the Apes: Battle of the Dawn" focuses on the issue of racial antagonism, the confrontation between man and ape, which highlights the ugliness of the dark side of human nature, and finally returns to the glory of human nature (sigh).
In the third part, Caesar, the leader of the ape tribe, always wears the aura of the protagonist, and he must not die until the last moment. He fell into the water from a high altitude, fluttered a few times, hugged a stone, and looked at the enemy in the distance with hatred in his eyes, but the king couldn't die! Caesar and his party finally found the enemy's base and found that their companions were imprisoned here. The patrolmen arrived in anger, raised their guns and faced them. With a bang, the patrolmen fell, and the king was still alive! In the end, Caesar was running to detonate the oil tank, but he was stopped by a sniper and met face to face. At a critical moment, the original ape traitor, ape-like burst, killed the human sniper, and the ape king was still alive! That's right to confirm the sentence: I just like that you can't stand me and can't kill me! Because it was the final chapter, the great Caesar left in the end, because he led the ape clan to find a new world, the ape king finished saying what he had to say, done what he dared to do, and fell down when he was tired, just so capricious! ! !
There are too many loopholes in the movie to count. The little loli has a virus, but the uncle who takes care of her is completely fine, or is she fed peanuts by the ape before she gets infected? Little Loli has its own invisibility function, swaggering into the human army base, feeding Caesar, drinking and eating, showing the brilliance of human nature, but it has not been discovered by the army for so long. Are those searchlights and patrolmen just decorations? The ape race escaped from the base, and in such a big battle, there was no living creature in the two cages, and no one found it until the start of the human war. This plot design is probably to show that human beings have degenerated, language, intelligence, and vision have degenerated!

The placement of advertisements in Hollywood movies is also naked! An abandoned Coca-Cola container truck was parked in the woods, and Caesar rode by, but you ran leisurely, and it felt like a slow motion shot!

The quality of a movie is not determined by the region where it is produced, but depends on whether the production team has designed it carefully and done its best.
We are tolerant, but we must not hold stinky feet!
Perfunctory works, we do not make an appointment!
