Look at the deceit, the vulgarity, the violence, the beastly desire—just the backdrop! In such a background, the brilliance of their beautiful and simple humanity will become shining, burning and out of place! look! That Kalido delusional offense against Satan, that is the prelude to the tragedy!

Stories are clichés. So I'm going to praise the filmmakers for making wonderful portraits of black civilization.

    It's really good, and a good movie should still be seen in the cinema. I watched it when I was in college, but I didn't feel that the movie was so good when I watched it again. The characters are so classic and pure, and the tragedy is so intense. It is a simple and emotional film, with a bit of Hong Kong film feeling, and it uses the feeling of American themes very well.
