A pair of elderly brothers K and W who live in the same valley have not spoken a word for 40 years for unexplained reasons, and all rely on a dog to pass a note to communicate. There are not many people living in the whole valley, but only In the sheep raising competition held in the whole valley, K's big ram won by a slight advantage. W was very unconvinced. Inadvertently, he found that K's sheep had the plague, so he went to report it, causing K and W's family to be involved. The sheep in the whole valley have to face the danger of being destroyed by humanitarianism. The scenery and style are typical Icelandic, and the sometimes estranged and sometimes close brotherhood also reflects the family relationship in Iceland. People, nature and animals live and die together here, and everything is closely linked.
