The most touching Christmas Eve

The plot of the movie "Merry Christmas" sounds ridiculous at first glance. In the first year of the World War, Germany fought against Britain and France. On Christmas Eve in 1914, soldiers from the Three Kingdoms laid down their weapons, stepped out of the trenches, and sang hymns together. These are facts.

A tenor in the German military resolutely walked into the no-man's land of the war zone, held up the Christmas tree, and sang Christmas songs. The British and French soldiers heard the song, as if they had been inspired by God's peace, and couldn't help but sing the hymn, which was moving.

I saw how terrified and frightened the soldiers on both sides were in the face of the war and the sound of artillery fire. In the hymn, everyone found a moment of peace, and immediately put down the killing, how much the soldiers on the front line yearn for peace. People still love peace...

After Christmas, the two parties in the film understand that each other is flesh and blood, with wives and children like themselves, not lifeless targets. It is therefore difficult for them to attack each other. Therefore, after Christmas, they fired guns at each other, and the generals secretly informed each other in advance to take shelter in their own trenches. I see the good side of human nature. I hope that every corner of the world is so full of humanity.

I am very impressed with this movie, maybe because I have read history, I have a certain understanding of the cause of this battle.

Those generals said, "We have temporarily forgotten the war, but the war won't forget us", which made people feel sad from the bottom of their hearts for their inability to help themselves.

The bishop of England, who went the way of God in the army, was transferred away, on the grounds that the Germans were devils, not children of God, and should be destroyed, regardless of gender, age, or child. Disappointed, he asked helplessly, "Is that the true path of Lord?" Then, the church continued to stir up the British army, using this as an excuse to destroy the German nation. The war continues.

The film evoked my fears of international strife and war at the touch of a button.

Will I see World War III in my lifetime?

European countries have a lot in common in culture. The Latin prayers believe in God and sing the same songs for Christmas. Asian countries are much different. It is impossible to imagine Asian countries celebrating together on the battlefield. But if any molder accidentally missed the gun, blood would bleed all over the place with so many people mixed together. The commander of the German army was a Jew.
