Happy Death Day is one of the rare films that I have seen that integrates comedy, thriller, love and youth. Only then did I know that there is already Death Day 2. It happened to be an extended holiday, so I watched it with joy. How should I put it, in fact, 1 is a relatively complete closed loop, so I am actually curious about how the 2 will continue. The screenwriter is very smart to open the film from the perspective of the male lead's roommate Ryan. I thought the protagonist was changed. The main character still hasn't escaped the fate of constantly spawning monsters. In order to end the cycle, he started the fancy death method. These parts still continue the humor and rhythm of the first part, but since the characters are already the people who appeared in the first part, so It's not so hard for everyone to guess who the murderer is. The horror part is much less than the first part, and so is the reversal. So I can only say suspense in the second part. If you have the idea of watching a horror movie, you will be disappointed. As a suspense film, the clues in the film are rarely very rough, and there are not many parts that require reasoning, so it is not qualified. It's a bit of a hodgepodge, so I can't really classify the film, which is a pity, because the thriller and the reversal are the highlights of the first part of the film. On the whole, the film is fast-paced, wrapped in chicken soup, and there is no urine. The heroine is still attractive, and it is already a pass above the film. The original cast has no sense of incongruity with 1. It is well received. I will give this film 3.5 points. Unfortunately, there is no such point, so I will round it up to 4 stars.
The doubtful place is that the last round of the principal went to the laboratory ahead of schedule, and this place feels like a foreshadowing. Although 2 is not as good as 1 surprise, but it is also a pass above the film, looking forward to the third part
