I prefer Georges Méliès to Lumiere. Lumière created the pen for filming, and Georges Méliès was the one who really used the pen to draw and write poetry. One person has created so many editing special effects. The brave men who pioneered the film and television territory, to this day, how many students have worked in groups, and the starting line for filming is above the moon travel journal?
"Journey to the Moon" is a black and white silent science fiction film directed by Georges Méliès. It is about 14 minutes in length. It was released in France on September 1, 1902, and was later lost. In 1993, a heavily damaged color copy was found, and in 2011 a full color restoration of the film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.
The film tells the thrilling adventure story of six astronomers on the moon, which is considered to be the pioneering work of science fiction movies. Inspired by Jules Verne's novel "From the Earth to the Moon" and H.G. Wells' novel "The First Men on the Moon". Hand-colored directly on each film print, the film was the first full-length feature film in color. The shot of the capsule hitting the face on the moon is the earliest known stop-motion animation.
