people are fragile

People are really fragile. All the depression, irritability, unhappiness, and oppression will accumulate in the heart. If they cannot be relieved, they will explode one day.

Is Judy missing someone who loves her?

Everyone is born different, some people are strong inside and cannot be hurt, but many people are fragile inside. Encountering external injuries will bring trauma to the heart. It is good to be treated (some people love and some people care), and Some poor people are hurt again and again, and the trauma keeps accumulating.

We are all born vulnerable, we must learn to heal ourselves so that we can be less painful.

Without seeing the movie, I wouldn't have known "Friend of Dorothy" was a euphemism for LGBTQ because they were considered culpable in mainstream culture at the time. Judy Garland is so pathetic QAQ

One of my most anticipated movies of the year, and it didn't disappoint. From Renee, who I've been following for over ten years! In my opinion, it is not so important to perform well in a biographical film, but the emotional abundance is the deciding factor. Renee's emotional tension continued from the beginning to the end, making people unable to get out for a second. Get another Oscar!

Judy quotes

  • Rosalyn Wilder: Listen, it's fine, it's fine, we'll just have Lonnie Donegan perform.

Judy Garland: Over my dead body!

Rosalyn Wilder: If you don't want to do it...

Judy Garland: It's my show! It's my name up there! No! Lonnie Donegan is a peach of a man. But he can go fuck himself if he thinks he's having my billing!

  • Judy Garland: [Drunk and dealing with a heckler] How am I supposed to do this up here with you harassing me like that down there? Why don't you come up here and you do the show? And I'll take the chair and do the fatuous back talk, you goddamn fucking baboon!
