"Love You, Victor" is a companion to "Love You, Simon." Cass recommendation index 4 points. You can watch it when you want to relax, and you will feel relaxed when watching movies.
"Love You, Victor" is about: High school student Victor has a secret in his heart that he likes boys. He moved to Atlanta with his family and attended Simon's former high school, so he was excited to learn that there was precedent for Simon's high profile coming out. On the first day of school, he met Tiancai Benji, and this Tiancai happened to be gay.
Victor doesn't seem to reject girls either. What's more, Mia, a good girl who is very popular in the whole school, appeared in front of him. Victor likes Mia, and she likes Victor, so they started dating naturally.
But Victor is deeply attracted by the out-of-the-closet handsome Benji. Especially when facing Benji, Victor had no resistance at all, and even failed to control himself once and kissed Benji, the married man.
Don't laugh at Victor's indecision, and don't blame Victor for stepping on both men's and women's boats. Don't be so self-righteous and justified in saying that you are gay. When we are young, each of us goes through a process of self-identification. Victor is in the self-identification stage.
And trying to make yourself fall in love with girls is the most critical step for every Gay to complete self-identification.
There may be multiple reasons for letting oneself like girls: perhaps due to the pressure of traditional family, not daring to develop towards homosexuality; or perhaps because of machismo, to prove that one has the ability to like girls; Perhaps realistic thinking, in order to make myself take an easier path.
But after going through this last step of tempering, if he finally finds that he can really fall in love with a girl, and also enjoy having sex with a girl, then he has completed his bisexual self-identification.
If in the end he finds that it is impossible for him to fall in love with a girl, especially that he has no interest in the last thing in bed, then he has completed his homosexual self-identification.
Therefore, many friends are not very sure about their sexual orientation, so they asked Cass how to determine their sexual orientation.
Cass's advice is that you must try to connect with people in person, whether they are men or women. You can choose the gender that is easier for you to accept and start dating, or you can choose the sexual orientation you want to find out about.
Only when you have been in a real relationship and have real feelings will you be clear about what you like, and then you can rule out what you don't like. Negotiations on paper or intuition alone are not accurate enough.
Where will Victor and Mia go? Will Victor and Benji come together? Does Victor dare to come out with his family? I won't give any spoilers here, you can see for yourself.
