The "father's love" shrouded in the shadow of death

Sol's "job" every day is to take this group of people to a big house and watch them strip with them. Then, under the guidance of the broadcast, their own kind drove them and them into the shower room at the end.

A strong baritone voice came out on the radio, "wash yourselves, put on soft, clean clothes, and have a good rest", "don't drink the water here, after washing, there will be tea."

They huddled and huddled with them and entered the shower with puzzled questions and doubts. Occasionally someone screamed in fear, or desperately called for help, and after being hit by a few sticks, they still fell into the boundless darkness at the end of the room with the naked stream of people.

As the iron door of the shower room was firmly closed, Sol quickly took off the clothes they and they were hanging on the wooden shelf. There was already a hill of clothing piled up there.

"Money, jewelry, gold, valuables are all placed here," the voice repeated over and over again. Sol didn't dare to look up and look around, it might get him a bad beating, maybe, there was something worse than a bad beating. "Death", Sol did not dare to let the word occupy his brain. Sol has been doing it for 4 months. Compared to them and them, Sol is lucky, and for Sol and the other "specialists", this luck is only maintained by hard work. There was a loud thumping sound from the iron door of the shower. Sol Zhiqiu, that is the last struggle of a person before dying. The voice was also telling Sol that the next step of "work" was going to be done.

Sol and the other "specialists" covered their mouths and noses and moved the corpses out of the gas chamber one by one. At the same time, he vigorously scrubbed the blood stains on the ground and walls. These "specialists" have to complete the "job" at hand at the stipulated time, because every day a group of people have to come to this room to "shower".

Unexpectedly, Sol discovers that a boy is still alive. He looked fifteen, sixteen, sixteen at the most. The boy has a handsome face. On this face, a pair of clear eyes are still alive with the spark of life. He kept coughing and his chest heaved violently, which made his originally thin body even thinner. Thor is powerless to save the Jewish boy. After hearing the news, the German military doctor who came to do a simple examination on the boy tightly covered the boy's mouth and nose.

German medics ordered Hungarian doctors in concentration camps to dissect the boy's body. The Germans are trying to figure out how the boy survived the gas chamber. Sol broke into the autopsy room desperately, and he clearly told the Hungarians that he wanted the body of the Jewish boy. The Hungarian asked Sol indifferently if the boy was Sol's child. Sol was noncommittal. He insisted again and again to take the body away.

The Hungarians finally made a condition that Thor could take him as long as he could get a corpse of the boy's age.

In the days that followed, Sol frantically asked about the "specialists" he knew or didn't know, not to find the source of the corpse to satisfy the demands of the Hungarians, but to find out who was the Rabbi in the concentration camp.

Thor wanted a Jewish funeral for the thin, thin Jewish boy with clear eyes. In order to fulfill his secret wish to the dead, Thor felt a heavy burden on his shoulders.

Finally, Sol got word from the Rabbi from a "task leader". In order to meet this man, Sol entered the crematorium of the concentration camp with a "task force" who knew how to carpenter's work. The carpenter asked Thor to cover himself, and he pulled a hidden camera from the toolbox. Sol repaired the locks on the German barracks, shielding the carpenter inside the door fiddling with the camera. Behind them, trucks loaded with Jewish corpses drove up one by one. The corpses were stacked in the pit, and the Germans poured gasoline into the pit. In an instant, the crematorium was in flames, and the corpses stinked.

The carpenter kept pressing the shutter of the camera. He has to hurry up and save this heinous scene. Of course Saul understands the deep meaning of the carpenter's move. He admires the carpenter's courage, but he follows his inner wish to the dead, and is it not a "big self" in the world.

Taking advantage of the fact that no one was paying attention, Sol got into a group of "specialists" and boarded a truck bound for the lake. Here, some "specialists" are brandishing shovels, shoveling the ashes of Jews unloaded from trucks into the lake. Sol finds the Rabbi here, but he refuses to admit his former identity. Annoyed, Thor snatched the Rabbi's shovel and threw it violently into the lake. This sparked an uproar that nearly killed Thor and the Rabbi.

Sol, who escaped death, returned to his "task force". Sol learned from the "captain" that the Germans would soon be on the "task force". The "specialists" were planning to escape from the concentration camp, and Sol planned to go with them, in addition to taking the body of the Jewish boy with him.

The "specialists" began a collective escape. There was a lot of gunfire in the concentration camp. Sol sneaked into the autopsy room and carried the Jewish boy away. Among the fugitives, Thor saw the Rabbi. The two ran all the way and came to a depression by the river. Sol put down the body he was carrying and asked the rabbi to hold a Jewish funeral for the boy here.

As the chasing German soldiers approached, Sol had no choice but to pick up the Jewish boy's body again and prepare to wade across the river. In the middle of the river, the Jewish boy slipped from Thor's shoulder and drifted further and further down the river.

Thor failed to fulfill his wish for the dead. But before he died, he saw a child of the same age as the Jewish boy. This child stood in front of Sol alive, with a delicate face and clear eyes. What makes Sol even more gratified is that this child exudes a healthy and strong breath. This is the vigor to meet the future, and for Sol, it is the light of hope that embraces the bright.

Accompanied by the gunshots of German soldiers, the boy ran deep into the jungle. Behind him, a pair of loving eyes stared at him affectionately. This stare from my father is always accompanied by suffering, and becomes the power to clear all the haze in the suffering.
