A film with obvious pros and cons. The plot is rather silly, and it basically relies on that memory for development and reversal. The male and female protagonists enter the blocked laboratory, such as no man's land, and the decisive battle with the villain is quite a joke. It doesn't feel like it is made for adults, especially that " Going downstairs at the speed of light", even if the basic rules are not followed, it really means that we only want to have fun.
But aside from the flawed plot, this is indeed quite fragrant. The rhythm of the plot is fast and there is no urination. Basically, it is spent in the whole process of cross talk between the father and son. It is very cool to watch without taking a brain. It doesn't fight much, but it wins by being consistent and quick, which reflects the speed and power (and superpowers) of a Pokémon. The most amazing thing is the special effects. It can be said that it really satisfies the fans of the Pokémon series emotionally and realizes the vision of 3D Pokémon. Pokémon such as Pikachu and Duck seem to be able to see every hair clearly, realistic and not offensive, and can fully enjoy the cuteness of Pokémon. Technically, it has truly realized a beautiful world in which people and Pokémon live in harmony, living and working together, being a real family and partner. During the period, there were also various familiar stalks, such as fat people, ever-changing monsters, etc., and I couldn't help smiling. Of course, it would be more interesting if there were bicycle stalks. For example, did the male and female protagonists meet because of bicycles? And the acting skills of the leading actor are also good. After all, this is a performance against the air. The part where the male protagonist vents his feelings and the part where he performs without physical objects are quite good. And Ryan Reynolds' dubbing is even more interesting. It is different from Pikachu's original cute voice. It creates a contrasting cuteness with a strong uncle's voice, giving this Pikachu a soul, like a teddy bear movie. Unusual experience.
At least Pokemon lovers can still watch it. After all, seeing Pokemon in different poses in reality must be worth the ticket price.
