Who is providing value to the ideal city

Recently, I have been very interested in the economy. I happened to watch this movie, and I have a little inspiration to share with you. I don't know if everyone has noticed, but later on they lived happily and happily, just like our ideal utopia. But who is doing the labor, those programmers in the real world. That is to say, people in reality give value to people in the game. If the free city wants to maintain stability, it is inevitable to work and produce value in the game world. Ideally, everyone should work and work together to maintain the free city. But there must be people who want something for nothing and a better life, so oppression and exploitation will come, just like the real world. So in life, I think most people just want to meet basic material needs, such as schooling, housing, driving, and medical treatment. Some of these basic needs cannot be met by working for a lifetime, some only need to work for a few days, and some do not need to work at all. And those who don't need labor are like living in a game utopia and need value gifts from others. Here I also deeply admire the old man Marx, who saw this hundreds of years ago: in the future, the real utopia can only be built on the premise of extremely developed productive forces. It may be infinitely close, but never reach it.

Then according to this view, the real utopia can be worked hard from another angle, built on a system, which is an absolutely fair system, and the value produced by each person will be absolutely in his own hands. At the same time, mobilize everyone's enthusiasm to change the world for the better. This is a system that needs to be built on everyone around the world. But from this point of view, it is far more difficult than the former.
