It’s too late to find a job until you graduate from college. You start part-time in your freshman year, find a stable part-time job in your sophomore year and stick to it. In your junior year, you will go to interview new people with your seniors. So many units will come to grab you until you graduate. But if you continue to persist in the original unit, I firmly believe that you will never be a grassroots but a middle-level cadre.
