Love and Faith are never earth-shattering

Saw "Narnia 3" last night. A lot of people advised me not to watch it before, saying it was very bad. But this is my childhood favorite fairy tale, and both 1 and 2 excite me. After listening to these comments, I can't help but feel short of breath, for fear that I will be disappointed. So I dragged and found a variety of reasons, so that I didn't have time to watch, so that my time would never be stuck on the show schedule. However, after struggling for so long, I took an afternoon nap yesterday and opened my eyes forty minutes before the opening. I thought, if you don't watch it, you'll miss it. (I really want to thank Mtime.com's mobile client for making these schedules familiar to me.)

The whole film, except for the poor 3D effect, really didn't let me down. In fact, I really want to say a few words about this 3D. The director has long said that this is not a 3D movie, but due to the request of the distributor, "Avatar" just changed it into a 3D movie. Otherwise, why are there no vulgar shock scenes in the whole movie, such as throwing a knife, throwing a corpse or something.

Back to the topic. The reason why so many people say that the plot of this film is flat, not ups and downs, not magical, not big scenes. I have to say, these people are spoiled by Hollywood and made into bad habits. Is "If You Are the One 2" so ups and downs? No, but Wang Shuo's brushstrokes are very obvious. Li Xiangshan's last farewell meeting in life is very embarrassing, and simple words make people work hard to live. The same is true for "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader". This is a fantasy work about innocence. He doesn't need a magic wand to fly in the sky, he doesn't need a big scene to turn the world around, he needs a tear to soften your heart The power of moving.
That little pock-marked Ulysses stubbornly opposed his cousins, hated them, and even recorded their various stupid acts in his diary. Dare you say you never did it as a kid? At least I did, and I even counted down the time I spent with my brothers and sisters in my diary.
Edmund was unwilling to be the second child of the millennium. He always wanted to ascend to the throne at a certain time, stepping on the hands of the losers and laughing up to the sky. Have you ever had a similar dream when you were ranked second in the total exam in elementary school? I have to say I still have, how much I wish my one bar became a second bar, how much I wish to give orders in my self-study class, how much I wish it was me who read the week's report at the flag raising ceremony?
Lucy wanted to be beautiful, she even dreamed that her ugly self never existed. Have you ever had similar flashes? There must be.
Because maybe we are not old, but we are all naive. Childish dreams are like that. But if you use the old way of "The Lord of the Rings" to measure a child's dream, will you be a little harsher? It is like using "Sun Tzu's Art of War" to discipline a child in a kindergarten who is arguing with the same table. Dude, can you do it?
In the film, Ulysses turned into a giant dragon due to his greed. The cowardice under his strong appearance and the softness under his strong bones are all extraordinarily real. But he was very lucky to meet the knight hamster. The phrase "I'll Stay with you" brought tears to my eyes. Homesick, scared, and goofy, Ulysses turns into a courageous Yasuo with the encouragement of a hamster.
Ulysses Dragon rose up with the Dawn Treader; he was afraid of the dark enough to turn his head and ran away but was encouraged by the hamster to turn back and rush into the dark; he regained the persistence of picking up the last sword and rushing to Aslan's table, and stepping Firmness on dead leaves. These are the most touching moments of a child's growth. But too many people miss these touches with an overly scrutiny look. This is the reason why one leaf blinds the eyes.

Three times in the film, "As long as the faith is firm, there must be hope." At this time, my best friend's father is dying this Spring Festival, and life or death is a matter of thought. It was the first time he shed tears in front of me, leaving me speechless for a while. I didn't even know what to say to comfort him. All I could do was stay by the hospital bed with him. He said that he had prepared for the worst and was mentally prepared. But I know he doesn't, and no one will. I watched "Narnia 3" last night, and I texted him this sentence, hoping that he would have a firm belief and hope for a miracle. He just responded with a "Okay!" But I'm sure he knew what I was thinking.

This is a film that can empower people and rebuild their dreams. It needs a quiet mood and a calm perspective. If you just hold the mentality of watching big scenes, big excitement, and big magic, you shouldn't and will definitely be disappointed. Narnia was never The Lord of the Rings, it was just about love, ideals, and beliefs, and love, ideals, and beliefs were never earth-shattering. They are all silent and warm.

In your world, I have another name - Jesus. Children's fantasy adventure film, in fact, this film is quite interesting, and finally leads to the protagonists of the next (if there is another), Jill and Utis. The theme of the film is, believe in Jesus!

  • Eustace Clarence Scrubb: What rubbish! See? That's what happens when you read all of those fanciful novels on fairy tales of yours.

Edmund Pevensie: There once was a boy called Eustace/who read books full of facts that were useless.

  • Lucy Pevensie: Thanks, Reep. I knew you'd come.

    Reepicheep: Your Highness.
