Maybe it's because of the chainsaw and the like, that they were still imagining that their boat suddenly exploded at the last second, and the three of them sank to the bottom of the lake. Then the old man in the room slowly stood up with an evil smile, took out a gun, and fired four shots, four big characters "Please watch the next episode" appeared on the screen.
As far as finding the murderer is concerned, although there are twists and turns, the murderer's trick is slightly simpler and less detailed than some American dramas. What if Fermat turned back and didn't meet the police? The old man is going to fight one against three and then break through the wall to escape?
