2 hours and 35 minutes, I watched it twice, and the picture style is pure and dark. Such colors are generally used in very realistic feature films, like this orthodox gangster movie. The filming is indeed very special. I think [The Godfather] is probably in this style. All the ups and downs are filmed very naturally and plainly. Like vegetable-flavored biscuits, I don't really want to eat them, but they are also delicious and won't get tired after eating them. The movie added more than a dozen subtitles similar to subtitles, which are very special to connect the storyline. To a large extent, this type of film is very different from those rough shootout action films, which are cold and violent, and are not as generous as Hong Kong films. The director narrates calmly and the audience watches it calmly. The essence is survival, and the plot is struggle. It is worth mentioning that the protagonist's first 'mission', accompanied by his struggle, survival, success, watching him 'prophecy'. The name of the movie is [The Prophet], not the [Successor]. Although there is no mystery, I think the original intention should be to witness with the audience. He is a prophecy in itself. good movie
