One day, we will meet again

Movies about wine always make people feel fragrant and quiet. The last time I was immersed in some kind of lonely looking emotion was brought to me by Life with a Glass of Wine. Paul Giamatti's wretched and cute-looking performance was a lot of fun for that trip to California. The story of a loser looking for his own value always makes ordinary people feel a little warm.

A little earlier, Keanu Reeves once staged a romantic walk in the clouds in California's Napa Valley. Now I only remember the Italian beauty named Etana, who stepped on grapes with bare feet, and the sexy and beautiful scene intertwined with sweat, grape juice, fine hair and sunlight.

The above are American wines. Fragrant, sweet and delicious. New World wines, like American history, are short but vigorous, simple but popular. I like to drink American wine for no other reason, just like I like to drink Coca-Cola because it tastes good.

The story of the film takes place in Provence, France, the oldest wine-producing region in France. Provence wine has high sugar content and high alcohol content, just like the colorful flowers and plants in the film, the charming women, and the dazzling sunshine, it is rich and intoxicating.

Russell Crowe plays the character from London, a place of steel and concrete that is always smoky and hazy, in stark contrast to Provence. This is where the director's ingenuity lies. People are always in pursuit of what they think is important, such as living amidst the noise and working in intrigue. However, he easily gives up the important things in life, such as the experience with his family, his own peace, and the love in his heart.

When Marion Cotillard wore a floral dress and rode a bicycle among the flowers on the edge of the field, I felt like I stepped into heaven.

This is a movie about coming back. Forgot to mention earlier, another keyword for French wine, miss. Because of time, I miss it.

When the hero and heroine recognize each other as childhood playmates, their love is like a fermented grape. In the idyllic scenery and mottled ancient houses, not only the wine with a long history and the nostalgia for the elders are preserved, but also the beautiful love that has taken root and sprouted since childhood.

Most of the time in life you are struggling, maybe you have to. But there must have been good things. Those good things are either not there, or are still there. Hope to meet again one day.
