I have always wanted to learn to surf, so I watched this film with great interest. But it's not just about surfing or a disabled girl.
I think the true spirit of the film is not to try to accomplish impossible feats, not to be strong and courageous and unyielding, but to abandon all worldly prejudices and winning and losing to find true love and reasons for life. This kind of affection is very simple, the goal has nothing to do with greatness or immortality, whether it is healthy or disabled, it is all the same. To find it, one can transcend the flesh or suffering and have the true soul of life.
