The last movie with Uncle Gong in Yantai

There are several classic references in the play, and it always feels familiar. Like the animation models of the male and female protagonists in "Amazing Stone", the music melody similar to "Frozen" from beginning to end, and the same own goal as "The Strange Life of Timothy". There are a lot of classic lines, and many lines even make me relate to my own situation, which is really a strong sense of substitution. What I remember most clearly is the repeated phrase "wife is happy, life is comfortable". What resonated with me, however, was that Blue chose to leave after saying "I'll be with you wherever you are" to Jewel, but ended up playing the role of a hero who saves the world. In life, when you say this, if you can't fulfill it, it will make her disappointed and become a stranger in the end. Just like the movie "Paradise Cinema" I just watched, "Life is not the same as a movie. Life is much more difficult."

  • Carla: [seeing her mother give a tearful laugh] Mom? Are you okay?

Eduardo: [startled and drops Blu] "Mom"?

    [turns to face his grandchildren]

    Eduardo: I'm a grandpa?

    [taking it in]

    Eduardo: I'm a grandpa...

    [overjoyed]

Eduardo: Look at me, I'm a grandpa!

Jewel: [as her father laughs] Daddy, this is Carla, Bia and Tiago!

Bia: Nice to meet you, sir!

Eduardo: There's no "sir" around here, young lady! You can call me "pop-pop"!

Carla: "Pop-pop"? Ooh, I like that, has a nice ring to it.

  • Tiago: Dad, look! I can fly backwards!

Eduardo: It's never too late to learn the basics of the jungle, Tiago!

    [hushed, to Roberto]

Eduardo: Although some may never learn.

[both of them look at Blu]

Blu: I'm gonna go uh... Clean up.
