A rare classic true documentary style film. Helen Mirren's performance is nothing short of perfect. One-sided "Queen" does not seem to be able to generalize the content of the film. In fact, this film only captures about a week before and after Princess Diana's death, and narrates the process from suspicion to cooperation between the Queen and Prime Minister Blair. Concubine Dai is known as the "Princess of the People", but this does not mean that she must be a daughter-in-law treated by her mother-in-law. In fact quite the opposite. Although the Queen herself admits that her son Charles is not a good marriage partner, the traditions and conservatives of the royal family seem to be even more intolerant of Divorce from Princess Diana and the Crown Prince. It's just that when Princess Diana died, the queen had to put down her body, forget the unhappiness of family affairs, and cherish and commemorate with the people. Maybe it's not from the heart, maybe it's just hypocrisy, but in Blair's view, all this is more valuable and more remarkable. The truth of the film will not even let go of any details of life, Blair turned out to be a Newcastle United fan. . .
