"Night and Fog"

"Night and Fog" is a narration of a historical theme. When the history and the present of time-space transformation are presented in front of us at the same time, we need to tell it. Direct films call for simple, objective, and rough presentations, but documentaries are a diverse art. We need viewpoints, standpoints, and a free balance between viewpoints and standpoints. For some subjects, it is also the responsibility of documentaries to present undisputed opinions. In other words, documentaries can record and reflect history, but they themselves will become history in the future. It is also right to use the medium of recording to reflect the thoughts and opinions of the "current" era. future records. Records can be real or abstract, can't they? Treating the subjective attitude of a documentary as the punishment of the original sin is a discussion that violates human nature. It is already an amazing art to observe the world from a different perspective than a feature film. "Night and Fog" is right, just like you like me, and you don't.

It is really rare to be able to produce a work that is superior in terms of art and ideological connotation with limited information and time. The interlacing of color and black and white makes people fall into unreal dreams, but it seems to constantly remind you with reality that all of this has existed forever and will never be erased.

  • Récitant/Narrator: A concentration camp is built like a stadium, a grand hotel. You need contractors, estimates, competitive offers and no doubt friends in high places.
