The characters in this film are very distinct. The Indian father is stubborn, but he is far-sighted and has a great sense of responsibility for his family. The female owner of the French store has been serving the restaurant for 30 years for her deceased husband. Years of tempering made her be careful in life. A mind that is prone to fear has also made her make many mistakes. Hassan, the male lead in the film, is a young man with great culinary talents. Because of an accidental traffic accident, he and his family stay in the beautiful town of San Antonio. I met Margaret, a beautiful French girl, and fell in love with French cuisine because of her books. He exists as a buffer between the confrontation between the two restaurants, or he is the reconciliation point of the two food cultures of India and France. He is well versed in both cooking systems. He fuses the two to form Le's own unique way of cooking. His talent quickly took him to the top of the French gastronomy pyramid. But later, his deep attachment to his family made him return to the town again, with his favorite girl, Margaret.
Finally, let me talk about my own opinion. I really think that India is a nation that makes good use of colors. The colorful colors of Indian streets at the beginning of the film are dazzling. In fact, India will feel more like the France of the East. I like that beautiful town of San Antonio, where people drink afternoon tea leisurely, and the mayor is busy, solving daily trivial matters for everyone. The view of the town from the road is unparalleled in beauty. I hope to live in such a place full of humanistic spirit and grow together with my breath.
