The narrative of the story is divided into two clues, ancient and modern, and the narrative time and space alternate. Meng Yi (played by Jackie Chan) was ordered to escort the North Korean princess Yushu (played by Kim Hee-sun) into the customs as the concubine of the first emperor of Qin. Between loyalty and love, he chose the former. When his brothers who shared his life and death shouted "follow the general to the death", it was really worth a tear.
Finally, Jack and Yushu meet. But Mr. Gu, who had been coveting the immortal medicine for a long time, followed. Jack fights with him and his men, and finally defeats the enemy. At the moment when the Qin Palace collapsed, Yu Shu flew back into the ruins.
She said, I have to wait for Meng Yi to come back.
Jade Shu, in fluttering white clothes, came out like a cloud, and passed away like a fairy. Their reunion is the most heart-warming moment in the whole show, but leaving each other is the most heart-wrenching moment. A friend of mine has been unwilling to understand, and has been waiting for so many years, why did Yu Shu refuse to leave here with Jack?
I answered him, because Jack is Jack, not Meng Yi. Even if he has the memory of Meng Yi, he is not Meng Yi after all. And Yu Shu was waiting for Meng Yi, who had long since died.

This love is true oneness. Even if the other person is someone you once loved deeply, if he becomes completely different from the past, then he would rather give up and wait for the person who will never come back until the end of his life.
