The tragedy of love.

In this windy weather, watching a movie about love, after the warmth, after parting, and after the ending, there is no soul-stirring, and some are just a touch of lingering sadness.

I don't think there could be a better ending. The heroine is destined to keep her promise to her husband and be a good mother of two children, and choose to give up the hero. The male protagonist also grew up rapidly after this, and wrote a book to miss her, miss the story he loves the most, the time he loves the most. Because of the separation, it will never be forgotten. Because pure love just came to an abrupt end, it was too beautiful and too heartbreaking.

I just don't know, in the end, when they met again, she pulled out her gloves and revealed the engagement ring he gave her on her hand. At that moment, his heart was overwhelmed with mixed feelings.

How could he have thought that when he was young, he would fall in love with a married mother who was nine years older than him and had two children. How could she think that he would break the rules later and propose to her, saying that they would be together forever. Because it is impossible to be together, it is destined to be separated. Eternal separation. And then no more then.

Love, you once wanted to hold on to it so firmly that you couldn't hold onto anything in the end. Empty memories. Those good things are only fleeting and can never come back.

The tragedy of love is that I love you and you are never mine.
The tragedy of love is that you love me and I can never be with you.
The tragedy of love is that two people who have been in love with each other for various reasons finally forgot each other in the rivers and lakes.
The tragedy of love is that love is as impermanent as life. Love is impermanent. Uncertainty. All but one thought.

  • Arielle: Maybe there are some people you marry and people you love.

  • Brian: So you're married?

Arielle: Ofcourse, what did you think?

Brian: I thought you were *not* married.

Arielle: Why would you think that?

Brian: Why would I *not* think that? For one thing you don't wear a wedding ring.

Arielle: So American. You need a sign post for everything or you'll completely lose your way.
