sincere care

On July 18, 2013, I marked the movie I wanted to watch. I have always been full of imagination. A driving story can tell something. It was only today in 2017 that I found the resources to watch this movie. The story is really simple, there are no twists and turns, but even a simple matter of putting flowers in front of a grave can be fascinating. I didn’t understand that the story was meant to imply the politics of the United States at the time. Caucasians looked down on Jews, and Jews looked down on blacks. They only knew it after seeing film reviews. It’s just like the literature review I’ve learned about knowing the world and not understanding history. I don't understand the author's subject. But what I feel more appreciated is that Hawke teaches us how to get along with others, genuinely care and maintain our dignity.

the beautiful moment when Miss Daisy the stubborn old lady opened her heart

There is no particularly turbulent plot. Through several small fragments, the audience is told the emotional changes of Miss Daisy. Morgan Freeman is a golden supporting role, delicate and humorous. The whole story inadvertently took the black civil rights movement at the time, and the black and white affection at the end was not conventional.

Idella: I would if it didn't give me a shock every time I come near it!

Idella: Fine... you clean and I'll go down and run your office!

  • Idella: I'm goin', Miss Daisy.

Daisy Werthan: [from upstairs] Alright Idella, see you tomorrow.
