In fact, many diseases are very helpless. In fact, I don't think the movie has any positive side to people, and it is sometimes very disturbing to watch. The heroine finally persuaded herself to receive treatment was just a kind of awakening when she was on the verge of death. She has been resisting treatment, and the people around her have not improved, but the sudden change in the end is actually very abrupt.
