Talking about Jiamusu's sultry humor

The first time I met Jim Jarmusch was in a boring computer class. Because the teacher had something to do temporarily, he opened the computer room for us to play with the computer, and I resolutely opened the B station to watch the movie, and accidentally swiped the "Stranger in Paradise", so I became attached to it.

I admit, I was attracted by this ultra-highly designed poster, and I am a screen controller, so I clicked on it. And at the beginning of the appearance of this cold heroine---the cousin of the male lead, my eyes widened.

This is a charming woman.

She likes to listen to songs that are wild and elegant, albeit hilarious. She has Hepburn-like facial features, reserved and elegant. It was so good, it held up the whole play.

And just when I thought I just had to watch it quietly and watch it as an excellent video work, I discovered a little humor, which may be called "boring humor".

As the saying goes, a threesome must have a single dog. However, there are no couples here. But the male protagonist and his friends have a good impression of this cousin. The formation of the three people's awkward relationship lays a solid foundation for the production of this humor.

My cousin hated the dress the man bought for her, so she took it off under the street light and threw it into the trash. In the latter scene, the male protagonist boasted to his friends: See the skirt on her body, I bought it for her, it looks good.

In short, the whole film tells the "reserved comedy" scene after scene in an extremely cold way.

Very delicate places, the treatment is indeed very delicate, very Jarmusch.

Three people on the road at night, cousin driving, cousin and friend fell asleep, in the back seat. The camera stopped for a while in the sleeping position of the cousin, making the street lights mottled.

Little moved. Inexplicable. In short, it touched a certain point in my memory, just like someone asked you if the person who once accompanied you to see the street lights is still there.

Jarmusch may be a genius, and I've never seen such a cool comedy.

You and I are gradually estranged in all familiarity, and gradually intimate in all unfamiliarity. Jarmusch's shot feels like a kind of immersive freshness, mischievous sadness

Nihilism, Jiamusu's consistent tone, love this ending, people are passive sometimes, and no one can interfere
