1. This is not an "erotic" movie, and the two protagonists did not act impulsively because of the burning passion. There's not much pornography in it either.
In the end, the two did not show a strong nostalgia like a lover, but a nostalgia like a family. The whole story is more polite to each other.
2. I began to think that the effect of confinement in this sand pit cannot be perfect. As long as the male protagonist insists on digging, he will definitely be able to dig a slope or something to escape. (Because there is a prison break, the Shawshank Redemption is an example)
But then I thought that this might be a metaphor, so I can't find fault.
If you want to escape, someone as smart as a scientist like the male protagonist will definitely be able to escape. But suppose it's a perfect bunker, and there's no way to escape without an outsider's rope ladder.
So this story is a metaphor. Metaphor family, society, relationship between men and women, etc.
3. At the end of the story, the purpose of deceiving the male protagonist into the villagers in this bunker, the female protagonist's mind is not very clear.
Because putting two people in captivity here doesn't seem to create any value, it's purely for hobby, curious?! Haha?
The heroine, who has been living in this bunker in the play, can communicate with the male protagonist about Tokyo, radio, and school/teacher concepts. That shows that she has been in contact with the outside world before. So how could she be able to dig sand every day so naturally, so "persistently"? Is she so comfortable with this?!
Because digging sand in the pit requires the cooperation of someone from above, which is not labor-saving at all. What's the point of digging sand like this? Why not move out and live in a more comfortable and safe place with the villagers.
4. So the whole story is a bit weird, why do you live here, is the house in this pit like this (crazy leaking sand), how do the villagers live, and why do they separate the male and female protagonists (the purpose of such a long captivity is what). The ending is also open-ended, and in the end they live like this all the time?
Existentialism may be about giving you a given story, giving you an existence, but not telling you why. The metaphor in it, the symbol means that you want to go. ?
这么说豆瓣是我的沙坑?陷坑与钟摆?
5. Although it is weird, the story is quite interesting, and the behavior of the male protagonist in the story is quite reasonable. The story is as if it actually happened.
The footage shot in the film is clean, empty and harmonious.
