Later in the film, you can see that Frances wanted her friend to be happy as she watched them drive away. Such "sincerity" is probably the most easily overlooked part in reality. I can only see the thorns and incomprehensibility on its surface, but I can't see the inner softness and dedication. And even if it is a stab, it will not bear to hurt people, even if it does something incomprehensible, it is sincere. The heroine's interpretation of self-yearning love in the film can already be seen, and she likes things that seem wrong. Such Frances lives naturally. She will feel joy and loss for true feelings, rather than losing herself for vanity, so she will get better and better in the film, because everything will eventually pass. Not everyone will be Frances Ha, but hopefully she will eventually find her way back, just as she gains confidence.
