I have to say that the director's perspective is very unique. The male protagonist always talks with his two "cute pets", a dog that represents integrity and a cat that represents evil. Dogs always instigate him to be positive, be kind to others, and live a healthy and happy life; while cats make him admit that he is an invisible fool and badass, and encourage him to kill and kill again.
He missed the woman he had a crush on and killed him, and the woman who liked him gave him a short illusion of living a normal life; but it was always painful to face reality. When he took the medicine prescribed by the psychologist, he I saw my own messy room, lifeless cats and dogs, saw the human bento that I had chopped into several boxes, and saw the moldy head in the refrigerator. Therefore, he refused to take medicine anymore, and the "fresh" days are back! The room was clean and bright, the cats and dogs started to chat again, and even the heads in the refrigerator were lively and lovely and could chat with him again.

The film was bloody, but exaggerated and funny. After reading it, I think about it again, but I will be deeply impressed. I think maybe it's because each of us is more or less like the protagonist, with a cat and a dog, a demon, and an angel in our hearts.
When we are unwilling to accept something or the reality we are in, we will naturally use psychological cues or other methods to paralyze ourselves and make ourselves feel comfortable, just as the hero refuses to take medicine.
And when we start to doubt ourselves, what we need is not to be preached and criticized by others. We just want someone to say to ourselves that you are not alone, and that I am just like you.
