In the film, two liars, one fat and one thin, rely on their respective understanding of human nature, and they have repeatedly succeeded in deception. When the two met, from cooperation to competition, especially thin swindlers swindling marriage, and then use a series of fat swindlers to get out of the crime, even funny.
