Revisited it over the weekend. My childhood memories are that the various things in the chocolate factory are so amazing...Can science and technology really create these things in the future?
I watched this time and thought more about it. Charlie, as a positive model, looks too mature. "The poor's children should be in their homes early." He didn't have a little bit of childish willfulness from start to finish, and he didn't act inappropriately. (Except for picking up money) So he came to the end.
Other children, perhaps greedy, self-willed, spoiled, or defiant, are not really serious shortcomings, but they have all been punished.
The protagonist Willie Wonka is also a full weird. Deliberate teasing of bad kids is a pleasure.
The children did not seem to be afraid, and the parents were not angry.
It's a very simple and easy to understand preaching. To be kind and lovely children, to cherish the time with the family.
But Tim Bolton shot a dark wind. The protagonist is also yin and yang weird, I have not been able to associate him with Captain Jack... a bit scary hhh
Leaving aside these, revisit the various great inventions in the chocolate factory. Although the special effects pictures are no longer powerful, the creativity is still amazing.
Just ask any child who doesn't want such a chocolate factory.
