I really like the book "Little Heidi", I haven't read it for six or seven years, but I remember all the details clearly. Fluffy white bread, churning feta cheese and going down the mountain for bread, docile cygnets and mischievous bears, tall towers, kittens, doctors who want a fresh glass of water, tall, thin, stooping Sebas tee...
Then talk about the movie.
The benefits are obvious, the pictures are beautiful, and the snow-capped meadows in Switzerland are just like a dream. The three roles of little Heidi, Clara, and the housekeeper give people a good feeling. The cabin and the small windows in the attic completely restore the imagination.
But this movie brings me more disappointment. The rhythm of the whole plot is in a hurry. One plot is connected with another plot. The emotional foreshadowing is not in place. , authenticity and love.
The role of Pete was too silly when he first appeared on the scene, and then pushed off the wheelchair and made people feel bad. In the end, he didn't admit his mistake and lay happily on the grass with peace of mind. Can he have no regrets just because he indirectly caused Clara to stand up? ?
Grandma's drinking is lovely and storytelling is also very tender, but in the end, encouraging Heidi to write that passage is unacceptably incompetent, too shallow... "You just do what makes you happy, don't care what others say, after all you knowledgeable."

Not to mention the father who has the temperament of a son and a brother. His adult vulgarity makes me doubt his love for the mother of the child. He seems to be a selfish and arrogant person.
So I say that this movie does not restore the warmth of the original.
Clara standing up at the end was abrupt, but to explain it makes sense, my understanding is that Clara was unable to stand up for mental reasons, and finally got really happy and overcame the mental obstacle (similar to Heidi's sleepwalking). But the film lacks foreshadowing, and standing up too fast, a person who has not moved for a long time will not have muscle atrophy or weakness? How can it be so fast?
Later, I thought of "The Sound of Music", which feels similar in some places, like the love and tolerance among strangers, but it is much more advanced than this film.
A movie can have good characters and good scenery, so why can't you focus more on the plot?
I recommend everyone to read the book, it's a good story. Values and emotions are higher than this movie.
