Why is the film called "International Market"?

After watching the movie with tears in my eyes, the only question is the title of the movie. There are two war scenes in the film, namely the Korean Civil War and the Vietnam War, both of which were dominated by the United States and ended in the defeat of the United States. As a Chinese audience, can it be understood that the background of these two wars is no longer the "international market" of American hegemony, and the world in the 21st century is even less likely to be the international market of American hegemony? Of course, Korean audiences may not interpret it that way.
