Le voyage du ballon rouge is a serene narrative film, so serene that it is almost impossible to figure out what it is trying to tell the audience. A boy chases a red balloon at the beginning, but it is the red balloon that follows him secretly all the way, appearing in his life from time to time. The pace of life of modern people is gradually accelerating. Work, family and self often make us hurry, but when we look up, we still see the blue sky that has not changed, and what we think in our hearts is still the good things we have experienced. The unpleasant will always pass.
