In the winter of 2022, I watched this movie about summer. Fortunately, there is rare sunshine in winter today.
It really is a film full of summer vibes: there are wanton sunshine everywhere, dappled tree shadows, clinking ice cubes, people wearing cool clothes.
There was a lush green everywhere, and the breath of nature blew into my face through the screen like a hot wind.
There were laughing crowds everywhere. People get together, chat, sing, dance, and life is slow as if every minute has to be broken and enjoyed. Looking at their pleasant days, you will marvel at how charming the small town of Provence is!
The movie doesn't have a big climax, and Paul's old friends come to meet him as one. On summer nights, they enjoy the shade under the tree, drink and chat. Although it is just a trivial matter, it will make you feel beautiful and enviable.
In fact, the ending is very easy to guess. Grandpa and grandchildren will definitely be in a relationship, and grandpa and mother will definitely restore their old friendship, but those scenes in the movie that seem to be overflowing with sunshine, those slowly unfolding stories, are worth your visit. Watch this movie.
