Monsters Inc. is the biggest scare factory in the world of monsters. The monster kids are most afraid of is James-P-Sullivan (voiced by John Goodman), a huge monster with blue fur and a huge body. Purple spots and tentacles, which his friends call Sulley. Sully's intimidating assistant, best friend and roommate, Mike Wazowski (Billy Crystal), is a pale green one-eyed monster who is competitive and does his own thing. Intimidating children is not an easy task, the monsters believe that children are poisonous and direct contact with them would be disastrous. Also featured in the film are the crab-like factory boss Henry-J-Waterloos (voiced by James Cockburn), the snake-headed, deceitful receptionist Celia (Jennifer). Tilly) and the sarcastic color-changing monster Randall Boggs (Steve Buscemi), who plans to replace Sally as Monster Company's number one intimidator . An uninvited guest from the human world, a little girl named Bo (voiced by Mary Gibbs) turns the Monster Company upside down.

It's simply a favorite! The screenwriter is so cute that he can think of using children's crying and laughter as power source. What is creativity? This is creativity~~

Sometimes, the source of the conflict is that the two sides do not understand each other. The humble monsters have cowardly and kind hearts, and in the process of getting along with the ignorant and fearless baby, they began to like and depend on each other. This is an effective communication.
