Blind optimism ruins life

I've seen this movie for so long that I can't remember the approximate time, or even whether I saw it a year ago or two years ago. So at this time to write a text about it, it seems very strange.

I did this for two reasons, one because I was so impressed with it, and two because something I encountered recently reminded me of it again. To be precise, what I'm going to write is not very closely related to the film, I just want to use one aspect of it to illustrate my point of view, because this film provides a very good theoretical support for my ideas.

When I first watched this movie, I just felt depressed and depressed, so I didn't rate it very well. In my opinion, spending three hours to experience a depressing journey with no fun is totally stupid Behavior, isn't it difficult to live with yourself? But now, I have to admit that movies, like life, don't always go as expected, it's about a serious thing, and it shouldn't be forced to be entertaining.

The main line in the movie is the killer, and the next thing I want to focus on is the reporter. The killer in the film not only literally killed a few people, but also ruined the life of an otherwise promising journalist, his career and his family.

Now back to the topic I want to talk about: Blind optimism ruins people's lives. Optimism - Frankly speaking, this is a positive word, and many life mentors will teach you the importance of optimism, but don't forget that the word optimism itself indicates the blindness behind it. Blind optimism does help a lot in life, or at least makes one have the courage to live in the face of life's misfortunes. More than that, people's courage, confidence, and hope are often based on unfounded optimism.

I do not deny that a blindly optimistic attitude can bring people many benefits, but it must not be ignored that the success of those who hold a blindly optimistic attitude depends a lot on better luck, that is, they rely on luck to succeed. And this kind of success will be exaggerated, because most people are not so lucky and will encounter failures, and these people will never publicize their failures, so they will not attract attention, and will not be remembered, and those who rely on Luck and success are sought after—and they're sure to cite plenty of reasons to attribute their success to fearless courage, unwavering confidence, perseverance, and more.

The reporter in this film has a spirit of blind optimism. He has no basis. He just relies on blind faith in his own intelligence and believes that he can solve the case on his own. Therefore, regardless of his family life, he fully devotes himself to solving the case. Decades of delay without any desirable reward. This is the great harm of blind optimism.

The harm caused by blind optimism is far more than that. It will cause people to fail again and again in life. However, because personality events have less impact in life, people often ignore its harm, so they keep repeating it again and again. Suffered its damage once and didn't realize it. Being lazy, people rarely do anything to change that. This is how most people spend their lives.

Blind optimism is harmful, and it will deceive people for a lifetime.

When the event goes through time, it becomes history and enters the lives that affect those people. Those who find the truth may be disappointed. There is no truth in life and history, it is written by others, just like the zodiac killer unless it happens. It will always be a mystery to you. David Fincher liked the atmosphere very much. Although some of them are not so classic, they scored full marks for this. Archives.
