When I saw the synopsis of this movie, I realized that I had read the original book when I was a child.

The foreign science fiction anthology I bought when I was a child included this "Battle of the Martians", and I was very impressed, because it was the first time I saw the ending [Aliens themselves fell because the earth has bacteria]. I was very impressed. Personally, I feel that the ending of the novel is very good, because such works are meant to illustrate the power of aliens, why do humans have to defeat them? Human so-called heroism simply does not apply here. It's just that the plot of this kind of alien invasion being defeated by bacteria is not necessarily ideal on the big screen, because most of the audience watching this kind of movie long for an extremely exciting and thrilling ending. It will definitely make countless enthusiastic viewers feel dissatisfied. And because I first watched the movie, I remembered the original story, and I had no interest in the plot direction, but the family entanglement between Tom and his two children was well performed. I want to spit out, the feeling of watching the movie after watching the original book when I was a child is too subtle... The fresh excitement is just floating clouds...
