Get out of your ass! Physics conclusion~

Blood, sweat, machinery, roar, roar, explosion. All my favorite elements are in it! All in all, it's a good, exciting movie. Don't talk to me about how such flying methods and such collision methods seriously violate the laws of physics, but go back to the laboratory to talk about the laws of physics.
What I admire the most is the director's precision in destroying scenes. Not to mention the real car crash, the most important thing is to make the power just right, and every crashed car perfectly releases the potentially violent aesthetics. It is different from the big scene in 2012 when a world collapsed into a pile of shit. In the collision between cars, you will find that the momentum of pulling mountains and rivers in 2012 is pale and powerless. I just like people who destroy a little bit, 1+1> 2 scene. A hundred cars exploded into slag at the same time is not as happy as killing them one by one, and the destruction of each car is not a mechanical repetition, but an imaginative superposition. Watching a movie just needs this kind of joy, pinning all the oppression in reality in every roaring beast, releasing it, expanding it, and finally destroying it to nothing. FAST 5 is such a thrilling movie~

The action scene at the end swept away the unpleasantness of the mediocre plot. Gal Gadot is amazing

Fast Five quotes

  • Hobbs: Hey Toretto, you're under arrest.

Dominic Toretto: I don't feel like I'm under arrest.

Dominic Toretto: [to Brian] How about you Brian?

Brian O'Conner: No, not a bit. Not even a little bit.

Hobbs: Oh just give it a minute, it will sink in.

Brian O'Conner: We didn't kill those feds. That was Reyes.

Hobbs: I don't give a shit. I'm just here to bring two assholes whose names hit my desk.

Brian O'Conner: Yeah, that sounds like a real hero.

Hobbs: That's funny. From a guy who took the oath of a cop, then went against everything it stood for, for some wannabe tough guy prick who beat a man half to death with a socket wrench. Yeah, real tough. You turn around and put your hands behind your back.

Dominic Toretto: I don't think so.

Hobbs: Your mistake is thinking you have a goddamn choice, boy!

Dominic Toretto: And your mistake? Thinking you're in America. You're a long way from home. This is Brazil!

  • Dominic Toretto: But not today.
