Die & Love.

I will never forget July 5th, 2014.
I got it tattooed on my rib cage under the outline of my left breast.
But the heart-wrenching pain of tattooing can't compare to the unforgettable experience that July 5th brought me.
That day my dad finally passed away due to advanced laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
It was only a year since he was diagnosed with surgery and left.
no more, no less.
So when I watched this film, I felt that I could understand the disease of cancer too well.
Our whole family is Christian.
Death is actually a high-flying event for us.
Or maybe we all knew he was going to die soon.
So even in the end I didn't shed any tears.
But now every time I think of him leaving, I don't know why I burst into tears.
I don't have a good relationship with my father.
Because of his disappointment in the business field, his personality changed drastically.
I felt like he was a stranger to me afterwards.
Since then, instead of getting to know him well again, I have pushed him away again and again.
But at his farewell ceremony, I gave him an affectionate kiss on his cold forehead for the first and last time.
I just realized now that I love him so much.
I especially agree that funerals are not for the dead.
This ceremony is not for the living people, that is, me, my mother, my grandmother, and my aunt to bury the past and pay homage.
Cancer pain is not only tormenting the patient himself.
This pain is also a severe test for the relationship of the relatives.
I'm glad I'm still healthy.
I am very fortunate that my boyfriend has been walking with me in this shackled year.
In the movie, Gus is a little gentleman who is considerate and gentle.
I didn't expect him to leave before Hazel.
People can die, but true love lives on.
Fate is such a joke.
It's as incredible as my grandfather passed away on July 3, 2014 of late-stage bladder cancer and my dad passed away two days after my grandpa passed away.
The two fought for a lifetime but walked away.
Isn't this a joke from God?
in addition.
The OST of the video is very worth collecting.
But my favorite is the Four Seasons - Concerto No.4 In F Minor, Winter, I allegro Non Molto.
There are always artists who love classical music on the streets of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Play the violin or other musical instrument.
They seem cut off from the modern world.
Pop music chanting seems unable to relay their musings for them.
Only classical music can express this kind of forbearance and helplessness most vividly.
There's no reason the film and book don't deserve five stars.

The Fault in Our Stars quotes

  • Augustus Waters: I am in love with you. And I know that love is just a shout into the void, and that oblivion is inevitable, and that we're all doomed. And that one day all our labor will be returned to dust. And I know that the sun will swallow the only earth we will ever have. And I am in love with you.

  • Augustus Waters: This is it.

Hazel Grace Lancaster: I'm so excited I can barely breathe.

Augustus Waters: As opposed to normal?
