This character reminds me of the wrestler last year, as well as Mickey Rourke.
Stories like this repeat forever.
From the bottom of the background (micky's background is not documented), young and ambitious, domineering, infected with various vices, sinking, and
finally regrouped with the help of family members or friends.
Such dramatic stories are most likely to be made into movies, and audiences love them.
Always screw up your life, regret it, and realize your flaws before you can live again.
Why can't you just not fall in the first place?
Mostly because of lack of education, too many temptations, and
more importantly, fame and fortune make people stunned.
This is the common weakness of mankind.
What touched me the most about this movie was the character of amy adams.
The scene where she made peace with CB at the door was my fan point.
'I've been drinking too much, working in too many bars,
I've missed too many opportunities,
I'm going to start over now and make my life better,' she said.
In fact, she doesn't have as many scenes as melissa leo who plays her mother,
but this line is too moving.
In my mind, she is the female lead in this play.
Three stars added to four because of her.
ps: The scene where CB jumped off the 2nd floor didn't use a stand-in.
The prototype of the characters at the end appeared, which was supposed to be the climax, but this version was cut. . .
