The name North by Northwest is taken from Hamlet, implying a reality that is difficult to grasp. Secondly, the escape route of the male protagonist is also North by Northwest. The seven-minute-long episode of killing planes has become a classic in film history. The sound effects advance the tense plot and enhance the realism of the film. The hero and heroine contributed excellent performances and showed charming charm. In the last scene, the hero and heroine successfully escaped from the presidential statue in Mount Rushmo, and the camera smoothly connected to the moving train carriage, which is the same as when the two first met. , along with the music, the train enters the tunnel, which is a metaphor for the beginning of the lingering between the two.
Hitchcock's "MacGuffin" theory is actually similar to his "bomb theory". Hitchcock has been shooting suspense thrillers all his life, but there are never ghosts in his films, and few scenes of horrific murder and violence. Many of his films have reached the highest level of thriller: psychological thriller.
