1. Sin City
2. Fight Club
3. Moulin Rouge
I went to Guotu Cinema with my parents when I was 11 years old, this is the only one I saw half of it and felt like I wanted to go to the bathroom. The movie I couldn't bear to go to because it was so good.
I kept laughing in the first 1/3, I thought the characters and actions were funny, I thought it was a comedy. But by the end my heart was broken. I feel like I'm finally seeing a love story as touching as Titanic. This is a visual and auditory feast, at least I think so, I like and sing all the songs in it. Especially the song Come What May, I've never deleted it from my computer and MP3s for years.
Looking back at the film now, I think it perfectly runs through the theme of truth beautiful free love. When I was young, when I heard about truth, beauty, freedom, and love, I felt moved. In fact, they have become what I have been pursuing since then. That's the biggest influence the Moulin Rouge had on me.
After reading it, I went home and searched the Internet to see if Evan and Nicole are a couple, because I think there is no one in the world who is more suitable to be a lover than them. I met and fell in love with these two actors through this movie, probably because it hated Tom Cruise.
Because of this movie, I always thought that love doesn't need money, that love is freedom, to be with the person you love, no matter who he is. But now that I'm older, everyone tells me that love without financial conditions in life is bullshit. I can't react anymore.
I remember in elementary school there was an ordinary-looking girl who was always bullied for no reason. I was the only one who treated her well. She also loves the Moulin Rouge as much as I do. When she graduated, she wrote me a love letter as a poor writer. Also gave me a gift, two chocolates that were heated by the hot summer.
Hehe, I have no contact now, I have always wanted to find her. I miss her.
