As a film from 50 years ago, the photography and editing of the film are still remarkable. Although this strong love came too suddenly, we felt the confusion of youth from beginning to end.
Because of Rain Man, Dustin Hoffman has become my favorite actor, a charismatic old man with great malleability. He performed well in his famous works, but he was really ugly when he was young. He was short and didn't have beautiful facial features. Fortunately, his eyes can express so many emotions, allowing people to see his infinite potential.
Everyone has to pay for their own ignorance, willfulness or mistakes. Neither do they want to follow the crowd, they have no direction, they are impulsive and overwhelmed. In the profligate youth, every generation has its own confusion.
The sound of silence may have nothing to do with the lyrics of the movie, but the melancholy mood fits the movie very well. There are my favorite actors and songs in this movie, how could I not like it.
