"Sex and the City 2": Don't have the third part (help post)

Yesterday, I made a special trip to the theater to watch the second part of "Sex And The City II". My biggest sigh was: Thank Goodness. Fortunately, there is no third part.
Except for the heroines who are too old to watch, the absurd plot is even harder to catch. Seeing a group of dying old women still doing tricks with childish little girls, it seems that they have no wisdom, understanding and maturity brought by years of accumulation, and their crazy words and deeds are really unbearable.
I can't help wondering, are those handsome men really interested in them? Middle-aged women who have passed away and lost their youth often have to conquer men with their unique personality, wisdom, self-confidence and mature charm, and they seem to have nothing in this drama. Then, the crazy and passionate sex in the play is only acting for acting, except for the handsome men's strong buttocks and thighs, the rest are too fake.
The first protagonist Carrie needn't say much, she used to be the most real one in the series, but now she is obviously the oldest and most idiot one. Having lived so much, experienced so many emotional ups and downs, and wrote so many books and columns that teach people to analyze emotions and the relationship between men and women, even a kiss of remembrance has to make a fuss, and it has forced several others to reach their 40s or 50s. 'S girlfriends had a meeting immediately, and they all looked nervous-really when she was a 20-year-old young girl? ! In the end she actually called and told Big anxiously. I guess Mr. Big secretly said in her heart, "KAO, what a big shit! Behave your age!!!"
It's really not like a 40-50 person, an idiot. .
Then there is Samantha, she was originally my favorite chic and unrestrained "desire girl", but she went to a super conservative place like the Middle East, please, she is also a high-level public relations, and she deals with upper-level people. Why don't you even understand, respect, and abide by the most basic laws and customs? The establishment and maintenance of any public relations requires a lot of homework beforehand. As a senior public relations person, her words and deeds are simply a vulgar and never-before-seen mad woman, and she is the most unsuccessful in this drama. It is hard for me to believe, how could those high-ranking men appreciate and treat such a rude mad woman so much? Just wearing a "young style" miniskirt that is about to burst, flirting with the desert princes in the bar, can you set the stage? Quality, pay attention to quality!
Some friends said that Samantha's image is so bad because of the actor's infighting, and Carrie is deliberately punishing her, but I think the root cause is that the story itself can't go on.
The slightly more decent ones are Miranda and Charlotte. But I have to say that although the images of the two of them are more real, they are too "mentally handicapped" to be flattered.
From Miranda and Charlotte, you can see the so-called American Value: a child is everything, a little selfish thought is a bad mother. This kind of value can be seen everywhere in various TV movies in the United States, such as "Desperate Housewives". Among them, Lynette, who gave birth to countless mischievous children and almost had a nervous breakdown, is a typical representative. So Charlotte was forced to go nowhere by her screaming baby, and if she wanted to rest and be alone, she blamed herself for guilt. Miranda was forced to give up her excellent business as a partner in a law firm and went to work as a waitress just to attend a class with her children. Is this "great maternal love" or "maternal love kidnapped by a child"?
In fact, with the wisdom of successful women in their 40s and 50s, they should be able to find a better way to balance these difficulties, not to mention that their husbands are not the type of disregarding their families and not understanding their wives. But they didn't. In order to demonstrate American values, they used extreme sacrifices to express their loyalty to their children and their families, but this made the audience wonder where they were able to control so many scenes and solve problems in the first place, and why once they had children, those The ability to control the workplace and life disappeared without a trace? Is their emotional intelligence too low, lower than most ordinary women? Illogical.
Furthermore, marriage and having children are not the only and best way out for all women, let alone all. Please don't make a one-size-fits-all approach and feel bored.
The second film also has many flaws, such as the out-of-shape body that can't be concealed by top brands, and the too vicissitudes of skin that abuses the audience's vision... But in short, it is a lingering money-swindling movie that cannot stand. A bad movie based on logical scrutiny.
Unlike the first film that came into being, SATC fans sincerely look forward to a "real ending" for the first six seasons, and preferably a "bright and perfect ending"-by no means lack of acceptance of the heroines' solitude. The tragic courage of the whole body, but many fans have unknowingly regarded them as their own good sisters while watching and learning about their experiences, so they hope they can be happier and happier. Therefore, there will be the ups and downs of Carrie and Big's wedding in the first movie. Big seems no longer a selfish and thorough Jerk. Charlotte finally gave birth to her own daughter and became a "complete woman", Miranda and Steve. After breaking the mirror, Samantha tried a long-term relationship and finally returned to her self-assurance. Two gay men and girlfriends who were once rivals also fell in love...Everyone got what they wanted.
Although a bit too romantic, in general, the first part not only has a certain sense of reality that connects the past and the future, but also gives the plot a new development that keeps pace with the times. We can see that the people in the play are growing, and they have their own happiness. This ending should be the perfect ending. Even if there is still something that hasn't been confessed yet, the right is taken as a suspense. Life is not exhaustive, and there is no need for movies.
So, as a veteran SATC fan who loves those four sisters deeply, I don’t understand why there is a second one? This kind of money-swindling tricks of trying to squeeze out the good expectations of the fans, but Jiang Lang has been exhausted, is really not clever. As the Miranda actor once said bluntly at the film's second press conference, "We should do something that fits our age, instead of making no progress, still drinking, flirting, having sex with men, visiting the Night Club... …The audience really shouldn’t expect us to continue filming.”
Thanks Samantha, because of her strike, I think there should be no third part, thank you.

  • Mr. Big: [At Carrie's bewildered response to his putting a television in their bedroom] Don't you remember how great it was watching 'It Happened One Night' at the hotel?

Carrie Bradshaw: Yes, that's because it's only happened one night, at a hotel.

  • Samantha Jones: [hearing that Charlotte wants to buy her children gifts, which might make them miss their flight] Buy them some *crap* at the airport!
