In the summer of 1976, an Air France passenger plane flying from Tel Aviv, Israel to Paris was hijacked. The terrorists forced the crew to land the plane at Entebbe Airport in Uganda. They also asked the Israeli authorities to provide five million U.S. dollars and release more than 50 Palestinian militants held by Israel.
In the next seven days, the lives of more than 200 passengers were dying due to a deadly political deadlock. Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabintends to give in to the demands of terrorists, but Secretary of Defense Simon Perezproposed a bold but extremely dangerous Rescue plan.
At Entebbe Airport, four hijackers-two German militants Bridget Kullmanand Wilfred Poser, two Palestinians-changed He got more and more impatient, threatening that if their demands were not met, they would kill two Jewish passengers at a time. The notorious Ugandan dictator Idi Amin allowed the terrorists to land in Entebbe and hide them in an abandoned terminal. And this is his revenge against the Israelis, his former ally, because they refused to provide him with more military assistance not long ago.

I could fall asleep when I hijacked the machine, the editing was too fragmented, and the story lost its basic form.

I almost missed this film because of this SB translation. The biggest problem is that as a hostage rescue movie, there is no sense of tension and oppression at all. And from the final plot, this should have been a failed rescue operation, because if it hadn't been discovered by conscience, the terrorists could have killed the hostages before they rushed in. Regarding whether to negotiate with terrorists, this movie has its own unique thinking.
