CIA agent Weilerand his beauty partner Mel are hunted down by a mysterious organization during a mission to protect a confidential document. Mel sacrifices and Weiler is arrested. When Weiler woke up, he found himself imprisoned in a nuclear submarine, an isolated black prison set up by the CIA in the deep sea, and he himself became a traitor who betrayed state secrets. In addition to the agent Patrick who tortured Weiler, the submarine also has Weiler's mentor Edward, the female trainee Cathy, and the imprisoned German agent Marco.
